Job Description
— Keeps customer relationship regarding product quality;
— Elaborates and controls internal documents and customer requested documents related to products and processes quality;
— Designs control plan for prototypes, pre-production and mass production;
— Responsible for projects from prototype phase to EOP;
— Actively involved in designing PFMEA;
— Identifies and analyses risks, initiates corrective actions, verifies closing of action plans;
— Handles customer complaints related to products and processes quality including documentation in 8D reports or in the customer system format;
— Responsible for customer visits and audits related to quality issues;
— Plans the products testing according to the law and customer requirements.
