Work experience as Contract Manager in years: at least 5 years, preferably gained within the field of mechanical repairs, oil industry
Foreign language skills and level: Romanian (native), English (advanced), German (advanced, will be a plus)
MS Office skills and level: MS Office – very good
Knowledge of Microsoft Office operating system (word, excel, power point)

Job Description
Participate to the Contract drafting & negotiation with clients, vendors, and other third parties.
Collaborate with legal teams and business units to create clear, enforceable agreements.
Ensure that all terms and conditions align with the company’s strategic and operational goals.
Lead contract discussions and advise on risks, obligations, and opportunities.
Oversee the administration of active contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
Monitor the progress of contracts to ensure that key deliverables and deadlines are met.
Ensure proper execution of contracts and manage the renewal process for long-term agreements.
Ensures the observance of all legal measures, of the authorities, of the client and of those provided by the company for safety, health and environmental protection
Check the contractual documents if they are unambiguous and if they can be fulfilled
Clarifies project specifications, sets project objectives and defines requirements
Ensures compliance with costs, deadlines and quality
Ensures compliance with all relevant contractual rules and sets of rules
Is involved in planning of resources and budget
Announces and records mistakes / deviations related to the project, problems or weaknesses for initiating corrections, corrective and preventive measures
Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics.
Work closely with the Project Manager & project team, procurement, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure that contract terms align with company objectives.
Monitoring the project progress / performance
Participates to the development of KRAFTANLAGEN ROMANIA insofar as quality management and work safety and health are concerned
