Candidatul Ideal
As a Tour Lead Associate, you will guide our guests through multi-day tour itineraries, ensuring that each excursion runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be the face of Paralela45 on the ground and the main point of contact for the group throughout the tour.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a major advantage (and mandatory for Spanish speaking destinations)
- Previous experience as a tour leader/pilot in tourist excursions is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel for extended periods of time and work across time zones and regions
- Ability to remain calm and problem solve under pressure
- Ability to issue invoices (freelance/B2B) is an advantage

- Ensure that the itinerary runs as planned and to a high standard
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, local partners and coordinators
- Manage logistics, transfers and any issues that arise during the tour
- Represent the company professionally and provide an excellent guest experience
