Some companies which chose to make their recruitment advertisements public by using eJobs may consider that it is easier to portray a reality which is misleading, incomplete, inaccurate or aggressively oriented toward other social categories. These rules require employers to be fair; however, not all users understand to abide by these rules. Therefore, you should act wisely before using the information contained by these advertisements before going to an interview, getting hired or making an investment or any other action involving the use of personal or third-party funds or resources. Please contact us should you learn about any such advertisements.
eJobs will ensure password based access to the account created on the website: www.eJobs.ro. By using eJobs, you can select candidates for hiring within your company.
You can select candidates in the following manners:
Choose to post a recruitment (job) advertisement.
Advertisements can be posted on www.eJobs.ro for a period of minimum 30 days. Choose one of the price packages which corresponds to the number of days you want your recruitment advertisement to be visible on eJobs. On the same day, your job advertisement is sent via e-mail to all candidates matching the job profile. The job profile contained by the advertisement which was validated for posting (the Beneficiary (Client) clicked the post button) cannot be modified once the advertisement was posted on the website and/or sent to the candidates.
Policy on free job advertisements for newly registered companies:
eJobs may offer, at its sole discretion, free credits, the offer being available only to companies which registered for the first time on eJobs and which fill in, in an accurate and complete manner, the registration data, in the absence of suspicions concerning system fraud. After carrying out an internal review of the newly registered companies on the website, eJobs reserves the right to refuse to offer any free credits.
Free job advertisements have the same validity term as paid job advertisements and can only be posted on behalf of the company which registered on www.eJobs.ro.
The first free job advertisement is NOT applicable to companies positing job advertisements for the direct sales industry (Avon, FM Cosmetics, etc.), MLM (Amway, Oriflame, etc.) or bank/insurance agents. To post a job advertisement such as those described above or similar to the above, you must place an order of minimum 1 job advertisement and confirm payment of the pro forma invoice. After sending the payment confirmation, you can immediately post your job advertisement.
Video-chat, erotic massage or other similar advertisements are not accepted and will not be posted on the eJobs website, even if these advertisements were posted by legal entities.
In this case, you accept and agree that you will observe the rule of good faith when creating and posting a recruitment advertisement. Therefore, you undertake not to post incomplete, inaccurate advertisements, to subsequently condition the selection of the candidates only based on the rules provided in the recruitment advertisement posted on eJobs and according to the law, etc. If you fail to observe these rules, you understand and agree that eJobs is entitled to restrict access to its service for those users who breach the provisions of this agreement. If access is restricted for users of paid services, such users are entitled to the reimbursement of the part of the fee in proportion to the period of access restriction.
Choose to search for CVs of candidates in the eJobs database.
Choose one of the price packages corresponding to the number of CVs you can view in the eJobs database. Pay the price of such service. You can search through ALL CVs in the database. You can view as many CVs as you want without contact data. Based on the chosen Package, you can view the contact data of 20, 30, 50, 100, 300, 500 or 1000 CVs.
In all cases, you understand and agree that you will only use the data contained by the CVs of the candidates exclusively for recruiting personnel for the company which posted the recruitment advertisement.
Some candidates who chose to upload their CVs to the eJobs database may consider that it is easier to portray a reality which is misleading, incomplete, inaccurate or aggressively oriented toward other social categories. Thus, you should act wisely before using the information contained by these CVs before hiring, making an investment or any other action involving the use of personal or third-party funds or resources. Please contact us should you learn about any such advertisements.
