Support and train world wide user in
Quality Processes ( ePPAP );
Responsible for support within
current optimization and improvement for ePPAP project;
Support in relevant
software system application used for ePPAP regarding the questions and tickets
received from production facilities, support for system optimization;
Developing training documents
using the Quality Process description and usage of software system and offer
training for world wide network;
Prepare and implement current
functionality of the software system on a global scale;
control the system user as a global ePPAP supporter.
Bachelor or Master degree in technical studies and
2 years or more of experience in a similar position;
communication and presentation skills, as well as an analytical thinking and
team work skills;
Able to learn new technologies, to have knowledge about quality
Advanced English language skills are mandatory and German language skills are
An advantage would be a Quality
Planning background, SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance), ISIR (Initial Special
Inspection Report), product release.
