YOUR TASKS
You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administers the company's business divisions. You will be part of the Information Management Project and Portfolio team which is responsible to manage and monitor all projects with IM relevance as well as being responsible to implement and improve standard Project Management tools and methods
You will be responsible to conduct wide-impact IT relevant projects
Develop, steer, track and report the project plan activities to reach strategic project objectives
Follow standard project management processes and methodologies
Work closely with key stakeholders from multiple business units in translating business requirements into future state architectures
Contribute, in cooperation with other members of the team, to the continuous improvement of standard project management processes and tools
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You have at least 5 years of experience as Project Manager, conducting large, complex technology projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Working knowledge of and competency in Project Management methodologies and processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, issues management, time management and financial management
Project Management certification (e.g. from PMI) represents an advantage
Technical background and exposure to new technologies
Good communication skills, written and verbal, in English is mandatory (German is an advantage);
Good knowledge in MS Office tools;
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
