YOUR TASKS
You are responsible to coordinate incoming inspection if necessary in regards to quality related aspects.
You are responsible for conformity of purchased parts for suppliers from portofolio.
You are initiating and sustaining preventive measures at suppliers.
You are initiating and dealing with quality-relevant issues for
purchased parts in series production, including conducting and
coordinating the necessary complaints management.
Following up and evaluating position statements of the suppliers using the 8D method
You are initiating charges and negotiating the reimbursement of costs caused by supplier (if needed).
You are conducting regular meetings, Q-visits and audits at the
suppliers within the context of Q-improvements in series production.
You participate to improvement programs for global OtD processes.
You are maintaining PPAP/ISIR documentation for series production.
You are processing the suppliers in escalation level 1, if
necessary, de-escalating or, in the event of deterioration, escalating
after consultation with the superior.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
University degree – Electronics or Electrical Engineering;
More than 1 up to 2 years in Automotive if preferable;
Quality experience more than 1 year.
