Part of Global Organizational Management Team you will be direct
support for Global HR Function in all areas related to organizational
structures, position management and global Job Description;
Ensure that Hella organizational standards are implemented according to business requirements;
Control the position management process in the region;
Leading the Global Job Description process in the region: creation, evaluation, assignment;
Maintaining the global data base up to date and monitor the locations to follow the global processes and deadlines;
Organizational Management Advisor for Hella locations;
Part of the other HR Global Projects.
Legal, economic, technical studies;
Ability to make decisions;
Excellent communication skills;
Advanced MS Office;
Know-how about the SAP ERP system is a plus.
