In the unique atmosphere of the lovingly restored and tastefully furnished house in Ocnei Street 22 on 5.th Mai 2021 we reopened our Restaurant, Max - The Original.

Our restaurant is characterized not only by the special elegance which the historical building exudes, but also by a new kind of gastronomy. We create culinary experiences for our customers by combining the extraordinary setting with an elegant, fresh and creative cuisine, which reinterprets international and regional dishes and uses regional products wherever possible. We not only want to serve our customers, but to delight them while at the same time respecting sustainability and our responsibility to preserve our natural and cultural heritage.

We are now searching to expand our kitchen team by an assistant cook. It is particularly important for us to choose employees who enjoy their work, are open to new ideas, want to develop themselves continuously and are willing to bring a high level of commitment.  Our goal is to create an outstanding team in the long term.
