- ensure that work areas are stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, drink mixes and garnishments;
- provide good service customers and to be effective observe guests and anticipate their food or beverage needs;
- know the sport channels and change them if taking into consideration guests needs
- supply and clean the work areas during the shift to maintain an organized workspace |

01.06.2015 - 30.09.2015 Departament: altele Titlu Job: waitress Responsabilitati: Another summer, another super experience. It seems to have the same responsabilities like in other restaurant, but no..you put differnt condiments in a diffrent soup. Here, I had to:
- come an hour early to get ready the restaurant for opening( wipe down the tables, prepare containts for salads, make sure there is enough ice, make cofee, renew parmesan cheese, make to go boxes)
- welcome guests, demonstrate menu knowledge,answer questions, to up sell specialty items and describe dishes and than to take orders
- use my people skills to determine what level of hospitality my guest is expecting
- be nice and make everybody happy |
