As a QA Lead in Axway I coordinated the QA activities for Axway Integrator project.
Integrator is a product for B2B files processing with customers from areas like banking, automotive, logistics, railways (BNP Paribas, Honda, Schenker, DHL, BNSF etc)
Together with the team I led, we were responsible to ensure good quality for new product versions and the versions already released to customers that were in maintenance (for which we fixed bugs and occasionally delivered new features via Service Packs or patches).
We worked in Agile Scrum for new product versions and Agile Kanban for the versions in maintenance.

Responsibilities/Abilities in QA Management:
• Coordinate a team of ~11 QA engineers(occasionally including members from India) and 1 developer (for automation framework adjustments).
• Provide visibility and project status (new features testing, defects KPIs, deliverables status, tests coverage) to stakeholders like QA Director, QA Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, Support Manager, Escalation Group Manager; these colleagues were from different Axway offices like USA, France, Germany, UK, India.
• Take part to the backlog grooming for the new product versions.
• Capacity planning for the QA team and QA items backlog loading in Version One tool sprints.
• Active participation to Dev/QA process definition:
- Definition of Done and Agile implementation into the project
- Agile ceremonials setup
