As a Sales Assistant my main activity is managing the orders placed by the sales department in SAP. Assigning the correct factory numbers/serial numbers on the products following the configuration asked by the client, checking if the configuration of the gambling machines noted in SAP matches the ones in our warehouse regarding the specific order. Also another priority when managing an order is to check if the settings required by the client for the gambling machines are similar to the ones assigned on the order.

Follow-up regarding the monthly production plan with the main office in Bulgaria and also creating reports regarding the production orders that are ready and also the ones that are planned for production.
Managing returns of products from customers and creating reports regarding the type of the gambling machines, actual settings on the machine and also the status of them regarding the configuration.
As of February 2021 I was assigned to optimize the "old machines stock" from our warehouse. This new responsibility includes checking the actual stock for specific products, creating promotions for them (with other adjacent items like jackpot panels) to ensure the sale for this items.
