Responsabilitati:

Involved throughout the entire recruitment process involving IT and non-IT positions:
- understanding client HR needs and objectives;
- elaborating Job Descriptions in accordance with project and position specificity;
- research and sourcing for best-fit candidate using the most appropriate tools: as Taleo, BestJobs, Ejobs, Hipo, Linkedin, professional forums;
- scheduling and conducting interviews;

IT Positions include:all-levels back-end developers with JAVA EE and PHP, with various frameworks, SAP Consultants with both technical (ABAP, BO, BI, BW) and functional (FI, CO, SD, MM) modules, full stack Java Script developers with Angular, front-end developers with HTML5, CSS3 and Java Script, senior mobile developers for both IOS and Android.

Non-IT Positions include: IT Sales Professionals (both hunter/farmer), Project Managers, Account Managers, Service Delivery Managers.
