This is my first step in the “world” of Software Testing.
On the first part of the course I’ve learnt about manual testing and its classifications:
Black Box and White Box, Functional and Non-Functional Testing, Alpha Testing and Beta Testing, Static and Dynamic Testing.
Another thing that I’ve learnt there was about test cases, the importance of a test case, the structure of a test case and how to organize many test cases in a test design.
Personally, the most interesting part of this course will be the automation side, because I don’t have a programming background, or knowledge of programming languages, but with this opportunity I will learn basic things about Java programming language and Selenium WebDriver framework.
