• Escalations – After a case has been submitted by sales if the request is not being worked (out of SLA) , declined, or there are still unresolved issues, FRS reps will need to review, then escalate to through the proper channels
• Assistance with DBC Held Order requests – The reps can assist if sales needs help with releasing some DBC held orders however FRS is not required to pull the held order report
• Customer Service – If a customer has DFS Questions on their Lease accounts, DBC, DFSOS, Premier, etc the FRS reps are responsible for helping solve their issues, researching the matters and getting them to the appropriate departments when needed

Researching through SFDC (Salesforce) to identify creation of sub-accounts and record linking to support the DFS CCAN process being tied to Dell affinity ID’s.
Monitoring the mailbox for New Account requests and researching by name and /or address in Dell SFDC, DFS SFDC, and CMS system, identifying the correct segment /sub-segment, creating new records in CMS and running credit.
Monitoring the mailbox for Credit Request updates and performing the needed research, creating new records if necessary, submitting credit cases if required, updating SFDC and notifying the requester of status.
Proactively adding/updating CMS Org ID information based on a report containing accounts lacking Org ID in order to speed up the process of the Quick Quote team and the sales reps.
