Last year I did an unpaid internship in a small PR agency named PR&More. Here are some of the things I did there during four months:
- press monitoring (for EC and Tenaris);
- databases;
- press releases;
- I participated in the reopening event of a restaurant (to which the press was invited);
- I attended a meeting with a potential new client for the agency;
- Facebook and Instagram posts (for Cabinet de Vin & Cocotte, Iordăchescu și Asociații, Tivona);
- text correction;
- I came up with ideas for text and sections on some websites;

Responsabilitati:

In a team of three people, we worked on a public social media campaign for Peditel, where, for about three months, we managed the Facebook account of the pediatric call center. We made posts and responded to people's messages. We chose the photos and tried to create a design for each post, from idea, colors and format, to text.

Nov 2018 - Nov 2018: Event organization
Together with two College colleagues, we organized an event to promote two young talents,  these being the requirements of the project on one of the subjects. We chose Flying Circus and the budget for event was 0. We were sponsored, we discussed with the girls who sang at the event and we promoted the event on Facebook, so we gathered a participant audience who finally received a questionnaire with 3 questions for feedback.
Voluntariat
Feb 2018 - Jul 2018: PROJECT MANAGER
         AIESEC is an international non-governmental organization that strives to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential.
I coordinated a Global Talent project and lead a team of 3 members. The project's aim was to develop the leadership
skills of each person that goes through our program, therefore we had a permanent communication with the company and we interacted with the intern for the duration of the internship.
My job was to make sure that the entire process worked well, giving appropriate tasks to my members and keep track of them. Furthermore, I had to make sure that they would also develop during this experience. 
Oct 2017 - Feb 2018: Team Member - Teaching Romanian Youth 
The project's goal was to bring internationals trainers in Cluj-Napoca to teach their native languages to people who want to learn or improve those languages during 10 weeks. My job was to select people who applied for this opportunity, to contact them and keep in touch with them until they arrive in Cluj-Napoca.
