,,Luminita started to work with Trelleborg in June last year as HR assistant in HR Department. She is driven to progress in her career and she has set already a strategic approach in order to achieve this; she is setting streching goals for herself and colleagues.

Working in HR department she had to manage new and demanding tasks that she solved on time and successfully met my expectation by adopting methodical and organised approach and paying attention to details when planning the actions she needed to take in order to achieve desired results.
She can cope very well with stress situation, maintaining always a positive outlook.
When she is giving a task she gathers all information neccesary and puts it all togheter in order to achieve the demands.

She is confortable acting independently, she places quite a high emphasis achieving difficult targets in same time she is lively and animated in groups and she is providing support and symphaty to colleagues.
