Responsible for the communication needs and CSR activities of all 7 Service lines of the division :
Medical services, financial services, IT services, Procurement services, HR services, Facility management services, Learning and development services. Global Solutions, the division that I was responsable for, is the internal service provider of the OMV Group; therefore, the communications activities are targeted to "sell" the services provided by Global Solutioons.inside the OMV Group, including Petrom.

Main activities:
- To elaborate the communication strategy and positioning for the brand , according with the Company platform and brand values;

- To plan, analyze and monitor budgets related with communication campaigns

-To supervise and coordinate the advertising agencies in the process of development of media strategies related with brand, products and services communication;
- To elaborate, plan and implement CSR activities for IT, Finance and medical services, reflecting the Corporate CSR strategy.

-Manage budget

- Managing and creating all information material for the division: Newsletters, Posters, Flyers or any other marketing material to be used in the campaignes.

Planning and forecasting duties:

Planning the communication strategy in the division in alignment with the Division strategy and the company's Corporate Communication strategy
Establishing and implementing the Communications plan for the division
Developing the link between the company management and employees (internal communication).

Organizational duties:
Managing of the delivery of internal letters, internal magazine brochures / flyers / posters / promotional items for employees, products for the company image;
Nominating a person responsible of these activities in case of unavailability
Event management and organization ;
Writting speeches and interviews of the Financial Manager of Petrom

Managing and coordonation duties:

Managing of the communicators network on projects of the Finance division
Managing of the communication activities in the Finance division
acknowledgement and implementation of the “Communication Guideline”,
Implementation of the Corporate Design Manual, of the Communication Standards and any other communication guidelines; maintaining the relations with the other departments of the business unit to get the necessary and permanent support in processes and information for keeping a positive image of the company and deliver the info to the Internal Communication department;
Local implementation of internal communication activity, sponsorship, web, advertising and media relations of the division including:
Internal Comms
o collecting and keeping records of all economic and social events related to the respective division that might be used for any issues connected to the internal newspaper
o writing the necessary documents for internal communication within their division and disseminate/display it
o ensuring the proper distribution of all the materials produced for the employees or to relevant persons
o quality check of all internal communication documents;

Advertising and media relations
o maintaining and developing media relations with the media representatives
o developing and updating media lists
o keeping folders with all the media requests (advertising, questions, interview requests)
o transmitting all media requests to PCC

Sponsoring
- Manage sponsoring activities in order to sustain the company’s image

Web
- checking if all internal newsletters and press release are uploaded on the site
- providing any information necessary upon request to be uploaded
- uploading new information on the on-line platform
- decide structure of all content for the internal on-line platform (for the Division)
- -on line manager for the division ( sending e-newsletters, creating e-newsletters, up-load the intranet , approve all new entries , administrate site and page of the division)

CSR Activities:

- Creating socail responsability among Petrom’s employees by PetroMed, our medical company. Activities:
- Conducting cardiovascular campaign (creating awarness on all cardio vascular problems and promotong a healthy life style)
- Healthy eating habits (internal CSR campaign using as internal image Mrs. Oana Cuzino)
- Donating used IT equipment to schools
- Corporate CSR campaign for IT friendly usage to the enviroment
- Responsable printing campaign

Reporting duties:

Reporting communication activities of the Finance division to the management:
acknowledgement and implementation of the “Communication Guideline”, implementation of the Corporate Design Manual, of the Communication Standards and any other communication guidelines
Informing the unit management on all necessary information for the good development of the communication activity;



People development:

The Division that I am assuring Communications & Marketing is the internal service provider of the OMV Group, therefore, all communications activities had as a goal "selling" of services and giving the brand Global Solutions sustenability inside the Group.

Achievements:

1. In 2008 in order to provide medical assistance to his staff, Petrom build PetroMed, a medical company designated completly to Petrom employees. For this company as wel, I’ve provided all range of Corporate Communications, conducting 4 communications campaigns to raise awarness among all Petrom staff regarding a healthy eating habit, cardiovascular problems, protection against heat at work. During the campaigns, the click rates on our platform increased with more than 40%, increasing PetroMed’s profi with more than 30%.
