Within the company I'm dealing with marketing for the three divisions (Novapex, Bolman and DIY), my tasks are divided as follows:
▪ Create and execute lead generation programs
▪ Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
▪ Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
▪ Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
▪ Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
▪ Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
▪ Initiate and start campaigns, manage and track progress
- Prepare reports for the CEO
- Preparing the company's identity for the following:
- preparing catalogs, brochures and promotions in InDesign
- preparing roll-ups, banners and other promotional materials in Photoshop and Illustrator
▪ Maintaining the contact with the companies in association, being the following: marketing agencies, visual identity agencies (design, website, logo), printers (for catalog printing and preparation of promotional materials) and companies dealing with promotion and advertising on the website
▪ Preparation for exhibitions: contracts, stands, advertisements, etc. (Romtherm, ConstructExpo, Ambient Construct & Instal, Confort Construct & Instal)
▪ Uploading and managing web pages within WordPress
▪ Analyzing pages through Google Analytics
▪ Sending newsletters with InfusionSoft, MailMaster, and ActiveCampaign
▪ Promoting the company through Google AdWords and FacebookAds
▪ Create landing pages through the LeadPages platform
