Coordinating the Global website digital team ( Front end developer, Back end developer, QA, SEO Specialist, SEM Specialist, Social Media Marketer) while working closely with the Content/Brand and Design department.
Collaborating & working closely with the Regional Marketing Managers (NA, LATAM, UKI, France, Germany, Spain,ROEMEA, APAC) for developing campaigns (events , webinars, solutions, services) and the Employer Brand Manager.
Working closely with the Marketing VP to ensure that the Digital Campaigns & Strategy aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s goals.
Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reporting (Website KPIs reports, Marketing Funnel, Social report, Ads reports, CRM Leads Reports), Globally, and per BU.
Developing & implementing the Global Digital Strategy (omnichannel), to grow subscriber base, web traffic metrics and leads.
Responsable for the Social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin) for organic and paid results.
Managing an Advertising Agency, and working on campaign development & implementation
Creating email campaigns, managing all email flows and lists, while optimizing performance.
Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's website.
Improving the User Experience of the website regularly, while using Google Tag Manager to implement new tags and Horjar for heatmaps.
Some of the results i helped achive: improved Bounce rate & website engagement metrics; improved the CR for leads coming from digital sources; managed two website migrations with a small impact on organic; improved brand awareness for targeted keywords.

Work on organic growth initiatives with cross-functional teams in marketing (Online, PR, Event) and execute plans to improve the visibility, traffic, and revenue for clients from different niches (luxury, arts, retail etc.)
Using Keyword Planner and other tools to uncover the queries that are most likely to bring in high volumes of qualified traffic. Optimize on-page content and internal link architecture for head terms.
Follow on-page, off-page and content marketing best practices (including title tags, canonical tags, ALT tags, meta descriptions, redirects (301, 302, robots.txt, sitemaps, backlinks etc.)
Conduct a backlink analysis of our site and our competitors to find new link opportunities and monitor link quality.
Complement social and content teams by providing target terms, anchor text, and landing pages for off-domain content to drive Page Authority to key pages.
Report regularly on SEO KPIs, including Ranking, Traffic, CTR, Conversion, and CPA, along with recommendations for improvement.
Report on Customer Behavior, analyzing it through heatmaps (Hotjar, CrazyEgg, etc) and recommendations to increase the Customer Experience in order to improve CR.
Manage ongoing SEO & UX strategies for B2B + B2C sites, carrying out many of the tasks which the strategies are comprised of.
Use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Majestic, and other resources to track and report SEO performance on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with the content team, developers, and account managers to coordinate with SEO implementations within best practices and make sure that the SEO strategy aligns with the client’s goals and needs.
Create and manage marketing budgets and estimates.
Creating ecommerce reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly, analyzing results, and delivering recommendations for improvements.
Deliver pieces of training to customers (onsite) and internally.

Cel care este Head of Visual este Ümit Temurçin, un cunoscut designer cu propriul brand de blugi in Turcia, fost Visual Merchandiser la H&M, iar alaturi de el am lucrat la fiecare schimbare de colectie ( deoarece in fiecare luna implementam o colectie noua), iar pe parcursul lunii, in functie de fluctuatia vanzarilor si a produselor, partea de visual era facuta de mine, cu aprobarea acestuia. Tin sa mentionez ca nu exista un plan pentru partea de visual, doar afisele ( background-ul din vitrina)ce veneau de la echipa de Marketing, aceastea fiind aranjata de noi.
Consider ca este un plus faptul ca am lucrat in echipa cu Ümit, invatand de la el foarte multe lucruri despre Visual Merchandising, si faptul ca imi place foarte mult sa lucrez pe partea de visual.
Am invatat despre tainele ei si diferitele modalitati de preparare, si de asemenea am invatat sa fac diferite retete si sa folosesc un espressor profesionist( Astoria).
Avand in vedere pozitia mea in cadrul companiei pe langa barrista, am lucrat cu clientii, casa de marcat, tot ceea ce tine de un magazin ( etichetare, amenajare, stocuri, etc). Alte lucruri pe care le-am dobandit ar fi procesarea unui bon de consum, perisabilitati, procesarea unei facturi.
