People Centric is a web-based Human Resources company, specialized in IT&Telecom field. We are providing efficient recruitment services both on Romanian and French market.

In spite of the present economical context, and the lack of IT human resources, our team has managed to attain an evolution in the number of recruited candidates, going from 100 in 2008, to more than 180 in 2009. The ascending trend is preserved for 2010 - People Centric has already 150 recruitments planned in the first five months of the year. This proves that our activity is based on a verified and competitive business process. The estimated recruitment capacity, confirmed by our statistical data, goes beyond 500 IT candidates per year.

We have developed a whole range of business processes in the last few years and grouped them around the core services delivered by our company. We are talking, therefore, about a productive business process that includes two axes: HR communication and recruitment, and it involves various tools (web 2.0 oriented). : a consistent databases, an online testing platform, social networking and an IT recruitment specialized call center.

People Centric is capable of meeting the IT market demands and necessities fast and for tailor-made prices. The concept is possible thanks to the Web 2.0 technologies combined with a push approach pursued by our consultants.
