About us
Our company was founded in 1994 with main activity started in Management, Consultancy and Human Resources Management. Our highly trained staff has postgraduate studies and also Management and Marketing studies from Business School of Great Britain also.
We are focused on satisfying both Employers and Candidates needs. To be able to do this, our main criteria are:

To maintain a high level of Candidates selection process, to determine that Candidate experience and qualifications will meet the Employers specific request and of course that Candidates don’t have any medical restrictions or Criminal Record issues;
To instruct the Candidates and explain them all the details they need to know, prior that they will accept the Employer position and leave our country;
We also arrange interviews between employer and candidates – face to face interview, video interview, Movie Video CV, and/or phone interview.
To work with professionalism, confidentiality, honesty and objectivity to find realistic solutions for all the parts involved;
To keep the information with confidentiality and use it only with acceptance of the information owner;
We will not use the other agencies or employer information without their acceptance

We believe that local knowledge is of prime importance for a very good search, selection and personnel recruitment, to be able to meet the client’s specific requirements. Considering our experience and local knowledge we are able to provide selected Candidates for different types of jobs.
In the same time we have very strong connections with our regional economical environment and universities.
