Avalon Medical resource, recruit and relocate Dentists and Community Pharmacists.

We work with large corporate companies and independent practices, offering advice and support to clients on operational resourcing issues.

Avalon Medical aim to ensure a positive applicant experience at each level of the process by endeavouring to provide as much information about the client and the UK system to the applicants as possible. Avalon Medical is also on hand to answer questions and offer support to applicants at all stages of the recruitment, interview and registration process. For example;
• Preparing the applicants with appropriate information on the client.
• Provide information on the NHS and Private systems.
• Arranging accommodation and travel logistics for interviews and site visits in the UK.
• Provide clear information on the assessment events and what to expect.
• Liaise with unsuccessful applicants to provide feedback.
• Liaise with successful applicants to answer queries on locations and practice information.
• Provide explanations of contract terms.
• Provide support and advice on PCT registration or manage the entire PCT registration process.
• Provide applicants with contacts of other dentists (upon agreement) within the area they will work to enable them to develop a network.
• Introduce the applicants to a tax advisor.
• Provide applicants with advice on relocation, examples are, what documents to bring with them to open a bank account, how they can register with a GP, information on schooling and transport networks etc.
