| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Experience in the telecommunication or related industry together with a strong academic record;
- Strong background in customer service roles in the after-sales technical support environment;
- Team working, responsible, with good communication skills in English;
- Pro-active customer focus;
- Solid knowledge of BSC&BTC, Core Network, GPRS/WCDMA or CDMA/CDMA2000, SMS/VMS/OTA/MVS/WAP, AC/DC, UPS, SDH/DWDM, SDH/PDH and technologies as a significant differentiator.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in field such as Telecommunication
- Good english
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Provides after-sales technical and engineering support of fixed-network products of ZTE involved in telecommunication projects.
- Giving after-sales technical support to customers remotely or on-site;
- Providing engineering supervision, documentations and records of projects;
- Controlling and fulfilling the progress of projects;
- Keeping high-level customer satisfaction;
- Supporting pre-sales activities related with after-sales field in professional | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
