| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
2. 3 years previous experience in telecommunications field
3. Work requires travel to meetings, site visits, and inspections. This requires the possession of a valid driver license.
4. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
5. Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills
7. Proficient in English
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1. Work in shifts according to NOC Shift Schedule;
2. Detect the alarms from the OMC, determine the Network Event Severity Level: Emergency, High, Medium, or Low;
3. Receive or input the alarms into the Trouble Ticket and escalate it to the Experts Team or Regional First Line Maintenance (FLM) technician;
4. Follow-up with the FLM Engineers regarding status of the problems according to the different alarm level ;
5. Monitor the whole process of the Trouble Tickets items, and close the ticket within the SLA;
6. Cooperate with the Experts and FLM Technicians during troubleshooting;
7. Follow-up the resolution of escalated problems in SLA according to the Escalation Rules;
8. Output the daily performance data, make the data report, send report to Expert for checking and approval
