CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Requirements:
1. Good working knowledge of all EMS network alarms and their meaning.
2. Good understanding of fault managing, logging, trouble ticketing, restoration processes and fault escalation.
3. Able to analyse various alarms and interpret this into corrective actions.
4. Good technical overview of the network and its elements and connectivity, understanding of alarm handling.
5. Engineer level, good administrative skills.
6. Able to communicate in English.
7. Able to work under pressure.
Experience:
1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar operations role.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Location: East Europe
Responsibilities:
1. To manage the Front Office activities in liaison with Operations manager.
2. Dual reporting lines to both ZTE Network Operations Manager and to Customer’s NOC Manager
3. Fault logging and forwarding to other sections.
4. Communicate and able to track open faults and follow through to their closure.
5. Supervise and motivate a small team of junior engineers at the Front Office to meet network KPIs.
6. Work closely with internal and customer staff in the Customer Care, Back Office and Field Service sections.
7. Produce various daily and weekly outage reports.
