Accountant

1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant working experiences in the multinational company;
2. Have good understanding of local tax and custom regulations, as well as banking issues.
3. Strong technical knowledge in Accounting and financial requirements in Romania.
4. Excellent English skills (written & spoken), strong PC skill is a must, experience of accounting software is essential;
5. Able to communicate well with all levels and an ability to work under pressure;
6. Pro-active, independent, possess self-initiative, detail oriented.
7. Experience in Personell administration will be a plus

Ensure timely response to the requirements from internal customers. Ensure the compliance with the company’s regulations when dealing with staff reimbursement.

1. Provide management reporting and statutory and tax reporting
2. Deal with accounting functions, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inter- company accounting, and project accounting.
3. Ensure timely staff claims reimbursement.
4. Assist Finance Manager to deal with external relationships with tax office, bank etc.
5. Provide the training to subordinates and colleagues from other departments.
6. Develops and maintains the policies that govern the Company's reporting process and ensures compliance with generally accepted reporting standards.
