Engineering Project Manager

Responsibility:

1 Managing and supervising overall delivery of the project;
2 Establishing project governance and its deliverables, including financials and objectives;
3 Proactively interface with, and building relationships with the customer and supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed;
4 Providing continued overall strategy development and execution priorities, and end-to-end process management;
5 Managing post-sales support & guidance, and customer relationship;
6 Conducting presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and comply to specific requirements.
7 Providing guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementations;
8 Leading and co-operating with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

Requirements:

1 Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Project Management or equivalent;
2 More than 3 years’ experience in telecom industry as Project Manager;
3 PM experience in a turn-key project will be strongly preferred;
4 Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations;
5 Excellent customer relationship management;
6 Well versed in project management tools application;
7 Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility;
8 Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
9 Proficient in English.
