Requirements
1 Minimum 3 years experience in the telecommunication or related industry together with a strong academic record;
2 Strong background in customer service roles in the after-sales technical support environment;
3 Team working, responsible, with good communication skills in English;
4 Pro-active customer focus;
5 Solid knowledge of BSC&BTC, Core Network, GPRS/WCDMA or CDMA/CDMA2000, SMS/VMS/OTA/MVS/WAP, AC/DC, UPS, SDH/DWDM, SDH/PDH and technologies as a significant differentiator.
6 Bachelor's Degree or Higher in field such as Telecommunication
