Training Specialist

You are also expected to have:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in organizing training activities
• Ability of training facilitation is an advantage

• Optimistic persons with good sense of humor are highly appreciated
• Very Good knowledge of English and PC literacy.

In your position as a Training Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating, organizing and supervising all internal and external training & development activities for commercial division
• Analyzing all current training processes & activities in order to suggest and create an optimal and comprehensive Training System and implement Zentiva Group Training and Development Standards
• Monitoring the quality of all educational services
• Participation in implementation of Performance Management and Talent Management systems
• Organizing and coordinating the induction and adaptation process.
