IN HOUSE LAWYER

Law University graduate, member of the Bar (lawyer);
At least 3 years of relevant previous experience in commercial law,
Ability to work in highly demanding and changing work environment
Awareness of business implication of any legal decision
Excellent English

Provides in-house legal assistance
Drafts legal documents
Ensures that relevant business areas conduct their business in accordance with all applicable laws and procedures, by providing professional legal advice on a variety of matters
Keeps abreast of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Participates in negotiations and in closing transactions, drafts and checks agreements
Represents the company in front of local authorities/regulatory bodies
Analyses and identifies facts / situations potentially generating litigations and acts in order to eliminate them or to reduce the possibility of producing them.
Collaborates with extern lawyers/law firms, following up all allocated issues and dead lines.
Assists internal departments of the company, advising them in all legal aspects and having a proactive attitude.
Drafts different legal documents and validates internal documents from legal aspect.
