Assistant Manager

This role is well suited for a motivated, energetic and analytical individual who has a passion for pharmaceutical market with excellent communication & organizational skills.
You are also expected to have:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in secretarial duties or administrative tasks
• University degree in Marketing/Economics or Medical related field
• Excellent level of English and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Creativity, resourcefulness and an internal/external customer service orientation are essential
• Flexibility, Initiative, Persuasiveness, Loyalty, Team spirit

In your position as an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:
• Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks as necessary, including assisting with travel arrangements, scheduling appointments and any other specific tasks
• Preparing various reports and presentations regarding sales & marketing subjects
• Ensuring efficient communication between Head Office and people in the field
• Keeping records, preparing documentation, gathering and analyzing information or data related to sales & marketing budgets and department expenses
