Telesales Supervisor

• University Degree;
• Min. 3 years experience inside telesales or telemarketing experience;
• Min. 1 year experience as a team leader or supervisor within a call center environment;
• Demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and management skills;
• Tact and strong verbal communication skills.

• Provides guidance and support to Telesales Specialists team by coaching, training and mentoring staff in dealing with customers;
• Develops and implements internal procedures and work instructions in order to increase customer service level and quality;
• Develops and administers a potential clients’ database related to market segmentation; continually prospects and qualifies a database of customers;
• Gets relevant information about potential clients (e.g. company’s key decision maker, company’s size, turnover, actual communication resources, company’s phone numbers and addresses and adds strategy’s approaches related to clients);
• Collaborates with direct sales team – establishes phone contacts with potential clients in order to set up meetings for direct sales team.
