• Greets all visitors to company
• Maintains a record of all visitors to organization by recording name, time, purpose, and who the visitor called upon
• Answers phones and directs callers to appropriate employee for assistance
• Gathers and distributes mail, messages, and incoming faxes, receives stamps and distributes incoming mail
• Receive the public and answers questions, respond to inquiries from employees, customers and others and refers when necessary to appropriate persons
