| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• High School degree (University degree would be an advantage);
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
• High energy and positive attitude;
• Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluency in English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Handles incoming calls from internal and external customers, in a polite and professional manner;
• Provides information on inquiries regarding specific services and products;
• Deals with customer complaints and offer proper solutions, in due time and in a professional manner;
• Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company services, prices, invoices, technical and other relevant information in order to be able to professionally handle customer inquiries.
