Contract Coordination Officer

• University degree (Financial field would be an advantage);
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel);
• Advanced verbal and written communications skills;
• Ability to plan and organize activities; to set priorities;
• Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize the information and present the conclusions;
• Ability to identify and solve problems; ability to make evaluative judgments;
• Ability to focus on details; ability to verify the input data and correct the errors;
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Good command of English.

• Monitors the purchase orders upon departments’ requests;
• Checks the goods delivery, payment terms and contractual obligations;
• Monitors the GRN received by respective departments;
• Monitors the closed contracts’ validity and deployment;
• Maintains relationships with suppliers, makes sure that the ordered materials are delivered in line with the agreements;
• Sends the invoices to the financial department; follows-up the payments with Financial department;
• Performs analysis related to budgets, expenses, different purchases.
