| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Capacity to deal with difficult customers;
• Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
• High energy and positive attitude;
• Fluency in English;
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Makes agreements with customers regarding payment of invoices;
• Checks all incoming proofs of payment and takes actions accordingly;
• Offers explanations and solutions to all payments, invoices and customer issues;
• Requests corrections to customer balance (adjustments/credit transfer).
