| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•High School degree (University degree would be an advantage);
•Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
•Mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage;
•Excellent knowledge of Romanian traffic regulations;
•Advanced verbal and written communications skills;
•Ability to plan and organize activities, to set priorities;
•Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize the information and present the conclusions;
•Ability to identify and solve problems, to make evaluative judgments;
•Ability to focus on details, to verify the input data and correct the errors;
•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
•Fluency in English;
•Driving license.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Monitors the employees transport to/ from HQ in terms of comfort, according with the terms specified in the contract signed;
•Maintains a good relation with the transportation supplier;
•Settles the transport routes in collaboration with departments managers and allocates employees on this routes (maintaining an accurate evidence of this allocation);
•Ensures that the cars form Telemobil fleet have all the necessary documents in order to circulate according with all legal terms from the Romanian legislation;
•Is in charge with all the payments regarding taxes and contribution due to car fleet;
•Registering all the events which involved Telemobil’s car fleet;
•Prepares payment forms for Car Fleet related invoices.
