| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-University economical/technical studies,
-At least one year experience in customer care services, textile industry is an advantage
-PC literacy, Word, Excel-advanced
-Advanced (written and spoken) English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The holder of this position is entrusted with professionally ensuring the interface between the company and its customers.
-manages the orders received from customers (confirms delivery term, registers them in the system, and conveys them to the companies within the group):
-prepares the delivery documents for the dispatched merchandise (invoices, delivery notice, etc.)
-delivers samples, catalogues and other advertising material to the customers;
-presents the customers with price offers at their direct request
-draws up reports peculiar to the activity
