QUALITY PROCESS ENGINEER

The right candidate should have experience as quality engineer of process in a production company. She/he is familiar with the automotive quality standards and requirements.
Good English speaker and willing to relocate in Arad City.

Ensures adherence to customer quality requirements.
Responsible for requesting, coordinating and reviewing affiliate APQP (Advanced Product Quality Plan) summary and element evidence.
Assembles information and provides APQP and PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) related documents to customers in order to obtain the PSW (Part Submission Warrant).
Support establishment of Significant & Critical.
Characteristics and review of FMEA’s & Control Plans.
Elaborates working instructions, visual aids, drawings for the Quality Control workstation .
Analyse quality issues on production area and segregate between material and process issues using 8D method ; requests corrective actions for the non-conformities identified.
Develop good relationships with the customer contacts and successfully resolve any issues that arise.
Provide technical support and training to the organization in areas such as corrective action, defect avoidance, problem solving techniques.
