INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (ARAD)

Technical University – Mechanical, Automation, Electronics, Electro-technical
Minim 2 years experience in industrial engineering
REFA education – might be an advantage (Engineer, consultant or technician)
Knowledge of assembly methods and equipment
Team player, flexibility.
Able to express ideas clearly
Ability to assert oneself
English language - Advanced
German language – might be an advantage

Ensures adherence to customer technical requirements
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Supports continuous improvement activities.
Optimization of work flows and work methods
Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Arrangement / structuring of workplaces according to agronomical rules
To execute and analyse time measurements according to REFA
Provide technical support to the organisation in areas such as corrective action, defect avoidance, problem solving
To determine labour times according to REFA.
Instruction of employees during product ramp-ups and product changes.
