| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for graduates or experienced candidates to join our team as an IT Support Analyst.
You should have a good degree and an interest in pursuing a career in IT support. A good communicator with excellent English skills, a flexible approach and good problem solving skills is what we are looking for.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
The role combines customer support skills to our clients whilst contributing to the work of our application support team. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Logging incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
Supporting users of the system by email, and phone/VOIP
Providing technical support to the team for fixing bugs
Assist our developers with testing and development of new functionality
Assist team members with preparing management reports
Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Degree or equivalent exposure to IT systems
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
• MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Optional:
• MS Access skills
• Excellent/Advanced Excel skills |
