RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Scope: To provide administrative support to XGS department.
Purpose: To help the XGS Department in managing the operation, contributing to the business targets and plans, profitable revenue growth and Customer Satisfaction, in accordance with Company goals.
Responsabilities: Contract Administration (create new contracts in SAP, operate the new addendums at the existing XBS Contracts in SAP);
Provide reports about DocuCare activities based on site’s Access database (sites without XOS implementation);
Collect and further provide to HR the evidence of worked hours by operating personnel, for payment of extra hours;
Customer administration – update various customer files in DocuShare, such as contracts, addendums, calculations, customer communication meeting reports, site visit reports;
Collecting meter reads for all XGS contracts; invoicing of XGS contracts, follow up;
Updating key contact list for Customer Satisfaction Survey;
To develop a good relationship with all departments, customers, Site Mgrs and operating personnel;
Provide administrative support;
Prepare various reports and presentations.
