What are we expecting from you?
- minimum 2 years of sales & marketing experience at top level position in an (intern)national company – ideally in financial services, retail, FMCG and similar industries
- university education – ideally MBA or equivalent level in economical marketing studies
- proven people management skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- advanced knowledge of English
- strong and mature personality
- You report directly to the shareholder(s)

In this position you will:
- manage and implement the company and marketing strategy and achieve the targets for the opening of new demo accounts, SuperMini accounts and/or Standard accounts at www.forexyard.ro
- oversee the preparation and implementation of the annual company and marketing plan
- manage the preparation of the company and marketing budget and ensuring all expenses within the budget
- weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on KPI
- advocate the value and effects of marketing investments
- manage the company advertising and promotion campaigns aimed at increasing sales and creating brand awareness
- manage and initiate programs to develop company business and increase loyalty of customers
- manage the company brand and innovate and develop products
- manage activities aimed at developing the company image and creating corporate identity
- supervise market research activities and analyses
- oversee the operations and development of the company Customer contact centre
- directly manage and coach the members of the National and Regional sales & marketing department

Your salary will consist of a comfortable fixed part and a highly motivating bonus sytem which is attached to the trading results of the new customers in the Romanian market.
