CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of the Romanian state university system in top 10% of class; good knowledge of commercial law, especially banking; knowledge of bankruptcy procedures; 5 years of practice as a senior lawyer or legal assistant for an important bank or company; litigation experience; membership in the Bucharest or another Romanian Bar Association; fluency in English is required; the right to plead before the Supreme Court of Justice and German or Italian language ability would be a plus.
Your application should include: (a) Letter of Intent; (b) CV/resume; (c) complete transcript of your university grades during your four years of study (not just the final grade); (d) your class rank; and (e) your GROSS salary requirements. Except for the university transcript, all communication with us must be in English.
