• Graduate with 2-4 years experience preferably in Payroll Administration
• Absence Management
• Time & Attendance with good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Experience in Leading a team for at least 1 year

• Ensure excellent customer service is achieved
• Identify trends and process gaps
• Simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary steps
• Educate and develop associates for better performance
• Propagates new ideas and implements these at the department/team level.
• Uses quality tools and data
• Mentors and grooms juniors
