| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Profile:
- 1+ years experience in a service desk environment.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills in the respective Primary language and in English Languages to be at atleast 8 out of 10 range
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Excellent Softskill, Communications skills(Voice & Email) to handle global customers
- IT Skills - Computer literacy and drive to learn IT and support a must
- Ability to perform in adverse situations
Certifications:
Certified professional on windows operating systems and networking
Key skills required: (in the order of priority)
- Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling UAM, PWD resets and lotus Notes environment –
- Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications(MS office, Adobe etc)
- Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
- Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers etc
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Acting as the first point of contact at the Wipro Service Desk Center in Romania for the designated customer
- Handling customer calls in the respective primary language in the most effective manner
- Capability to learn IT domain and grow in skills to increase quality service to the end user customer by higher capability of resolving calls at the first contact
- Contribution towards MIS and Report Generation- capability of knowing how a IT Service Desk operations works and improving appropriately
