• Graduate or undergraduate
• Level of work experience: beginner
• Highly proficient with English (additional language skills are an advantage)
• Very organized and details oriented
• Having a keen interest towards secretarial tasks
• Proficient with MS Office

• Contact world wide suppliers for obtaining relevant contact data;
• Attend client’s calls regarding fax transmissions and documents workflow;
• Constantly updating the internal database with relevant information;
• Show pro-active behavior in identifying ways to better own performance.
