•May take responsibility of several components of a project or a complex component of a project.
•Responsible for day-to-day project activities like :
–Allocate work to Project Engineers and monitor progress
–Ensure timely completion of project deliverables, meeting the specified quality norms.
–Provide technical guidance to the project team
–Report project progress to PM regularly
–Ensure configuration management
–Ensure that all identified defects are rectified
–Co-ordinate preparation of project documents within the team
–Maintain project documents and quality records
•Interacts across several departments / groups to provide technical guidance. Also interacts with customer to evaluate technology options/requirements.
•Day-to-day management of team including providing technical guidance to the team
•Typical Experience : 4 + years
