| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•Commerce Graduate with 6-8 years of experience; Post Graduate - 3 -5 Years; Master Degree in Finance -2-4 years, Professional post qualification Experience 6-8 Years
•Good to have proficiency in e mail writing
•Excellent Communication Skills.
•Ability to Control a team with a span as high as 40 Team members, or 6 Assistant Managers
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
• Manage a team with sub processes
• Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
• Build relationship with stake holders and look for opportunities
• Key driver for achievement of revenue and margins; internal & external reporting
• Lead customer periodical calls and reviews with customer
• Lead process improvements initiative for the customer processes
• Coaching counselling and motivating the team; Managing attrition
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Demonstrated proficient leadership qualities,proactive thinker
• Excellent MS Excel/Powerpoint skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles ,exposure to monthly closing, reporting ( Financial Planning & Analysis), Auditing
• Flexible enough to deal with multiple issues at the same time, able to maintain a constantly high level of alertness,
• Ability to reason with, analyze, and draw conclusions from facts and data
• Understands and displays sensitivity to customer (Internal & External) needs and concerns and minimizes anxiety and frustration
• Good working knowledge of US GAAP
• Mindset of excellent process execution and continuous improvement
• Excellent in oral and written English language and respective European language.

• ERP Expertise, Exposure to sox and Multi tasking
• Ability to get into micro level details if required
• Should be able to carry a multi functional team
•Good Exposure and Experience in OTC functions, in a Team controlling role and command a complete end to end knowledge of OTC concepts.
•Experience of being a service delivery leader in the Service Line in Global clients atmosphere.
• Ability to get perform in a high speed, demanding and conflicting environment
